CARD PAYMENTS:

For Card Payments we offer refunds. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

At the moment, we do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD). 

RETURN POLICY:

For UAE orders

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
  1. We do not accept returns on Accessories for sanitary reasons.
  2. Please do not remove the protective hygiene stickers off swimwear in order for your refund to be accepted.
  3. Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

For International orders

    1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 daysof date shown on the dispatch note. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
    1. We do not accept returns on Accessories for sanitary reasons.
    2. Please do not remove the protective hygiene stickers off swimwear in order for your refund to be accepted.
    3. International return shipping chargescustoms dutiesand any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to  in**@ta*********.com  and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
    4. If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is then returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds for Sale Items.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund. Exchange of any item will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders canceled after this timeframe may be subject to processing and restocking fees.

Cancellation Procedure: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at In**@ta*********.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will assist you in processing your cancellation request.

Late Cancellations: For cancellation requests received after the initial 24-hour window, Tale of Stars LLC may assess processing and restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund. The specific fees will be communicated to you upon approval of your late cancellation request.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced. In such cases, our customer support team will provide guidance on available options.

Order Modifications: If you wish to make changes to your order instead of canceling it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications may be subject to additional charges or delays.
